Kapha Massage Oil

Warming and stimulating this oil helps those with symptoms like: weight gain, coldness, congestion, sluggishness. Winter and spring aggravates kapha, so this oil is nice for certain body types in that season. Warm the oil slightly by floating the sealed bottle in a cup or sink of hot water. Apply generously to soaking wet skin after a shower or bath. Alternatively massage in 20 minutes prior and do not soap off. Skin will remain slightly oily after shower.
